Surprise!

This week was my team’s annual kickoff meeting with one of our bigger state clients, which involves travel & missing my family desperately. For a variety of reasons, our meetings this year were very short (which unfortunately doesn’t mean the projects will be simple– major decisions just haven’t been made yet), so much so that I was actually able to fly home early!! The cost of the flight change basically offset the costs of staying, and there was a seat available. I love it when the stars align in ways that get me home with my family. If only we had a Whole Foods here, I’d never go anywhere else. 🙂
